C2: We’re Gonna Have to Sing Our Way Through This!

C3: Being Religious in School

David Schwartz

In the public school classroom, how do we live out our values as UU students, teachers, and ministers? Can public secondary education be UU ministry? Explore how to live our religious values in the public school, the specific challenges and unique opportunities of this work, and our own stories of finding sustenance through our religious community for life in education as a student or educator. As a student, secondary school teacher, religious education teacher, or minister, what is your story of the intersection of your religious values and education?
